Sell funny money at every table, not just the cashier’s cage.
A guest who runs out of chips at the blackjack table shouldn’t have to find the cage, or an ATM. With eventCNX every dealer’s helper and floor volunteer sells chips from their phone. Guests pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, and the money goes straight to your organization’s Stripe account.
Every table is a cashier.
Chip bundles at set prices. The volunteer taps the bundle, the guest scans, and the screen says what to hand over.
Each round has its own price, $5 early and $20 late. You start each round; volunteers can only sell the one running.
Per ticket, bundles or arm’s length. Watch the pot fill in live and lock it right before the drawing.
The side games that fill the night, each counted on its own line in your totals.
- Week before
Start from the casino template. Practice with your dealers.
Change any price, add your logo and set a volunteer PIN. Then run a practice night with pretend payments, so volunteers know the screens before guests arrive.
- Doors open
Volunteers open a link and type the PIN.
No app and no account. Chip sales start at the door and keep going at every table.
- During the night
Run the sideboards from the admin screen.
Start and close each round. Volunteers see only the round that’s running, and the round pots fill in live with the winner’s half worked out.
- Drawing and close
Lock the 50/50, draw, close the night.
Locking cancels payments still waiting, so the pot can’t change after the drawing. Closing signs every volunteer out, and your totals and CSV are ready.
Plan for rounds, the pot and your state’s rules.
