Open for real

Choose an Event Pass or Season Pass and open the event to guests.

Setting up and practicing are free. You choose a pass when you’re ready to take real payments.

Choose a pass

  • Event Pass, $149: one event. It covers up to 3 days of selling from the first time you open the event.
  • Season Pass, $399: every event you run for 12 months, including campaigns that sell for longer than 3 days.
  • Sponsor spot, $39 an event: optional. You sell the spot to a local sponsor and keep what they pay.

Open the event’s Billing tab, choose, and pay by card. eventCNX takes no percentage of your sales; Stripe’s standard card fee is the only fee on a sale. All purchases are final.

Open the event

  1. On Event and PIN, the Status section lists anything still missing: Stripe, a product, the PIN or the pass.
  2. Press Open event (or Open for real after a practice run). Volunteers can sign in and take payments right away.
